Rental Agreement

Please read and complete this rental agreement before your reservation is confirmed. Electronic signatures are accepted.

Before You Sign

What you need to know

50% security deposit required at reservation — nonrefundable
Full payment due 14 days prior to delivery
Cancellations within 14 days forfeit deposit plus 50% of remaining balance
Rescheduling available within 12 months of original date, subject to availability
Final equipment count due 14 days before event; cannot decrease more than 30%
Equipment must be returned in original condition to original delivery location
Late return fee: 25% of total rental cost
Overdue invoices: 5% fee added every 30 days
Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, AmEx · Credit card must be on file
$35 fee on all returned checks
Governing law: State of Illinois, Cook County

I agree to use equipment as intended and accept full responsibility during the rental period. I understand full payment is due 14 days prior to delivery and a 50% deposit is required. I understand cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit 50% of the total cost. I accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft during my rental period. I understand a 25% late fee applies if equipment is not returned on time. I agree to indemnify and hold NL Creative Group harmless from any claims.
