Fifty percent (50%) of the rental amount is required to secure your event date, unless agreed upon otherwise. Please note, payments are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason of cancellation. Your remaining balance MUST be paid 14 days prior to the event. If your event is less than 14 days away, full payment is required at the time of booking. For additional fees, see the policies section.

Delivery Fees are based on distance of delivery and are subject to change. We will confirm delivery details in your quote.

If your order does not meet the delivery minimum, we offer Will Call.

For Delivery Please be aware that our team needs access to the venue for setup and takedown, requiring approximately one to two hours before the event and one hour after its conclusion. Adequate vehicle parking near the venue entrance is necessary for this purpose.

Fee Information:

Late Payments - Failure to make a payment 14 days before the event will result in a $75 late fee. If the final payment is not received within 7 days of the event, the late fee increases to $150. If full payment is not made within 3 days of the event, the reservation will be canceled without a refund or credit.

Late Bookings - Reservations made within 5 days of the event date will incur late booking fees starting at $350.

Damage Waivers - Each rental contract includes a mandatory damage waiver for an added charge. This covers damage during normal use, but not misuse or intentional damage. The Damage Waiver is 10% of the total rental cost, non-refundable. Repair or replacement costs due to loss, theft, negligence, abuse, or intentional damage will be charged. Customer is responsible for equipment from delivery to return, ensuring proper storage and protection.

Additional fees apply for challenging access (e.g., stairs, no freight elevator). A $300 inconvenience fee applies if drivers can't access NL CREATIVE GROUP Event Rentals' property during the specified timeframe.

Please note that prices are for day rentals until 12AM. Extra charges apply for early morning delivery (before 9am) and after-hours pickup (after 12am).

Damage and Loss: Lost or damaged rental items result in a charge of five times the rental cost. A valid credit/debit card is required at reservation. NL CREATIVE GROUP Event Rentals will charge for loss/damage. If payment can't be collected, court proceedings may follow, with the client responsible for the owed amount, court fees, and other applicable charges. Any damage to rentals incurs fees.

NL CREATIVE GROUP cannot control weather-related damage (e.g., wind, water, extreme temperatures) or damage from moving props. Damage is assessed post-event, with visible damage photographed on-site.

Liability: Clients are liable for venue safety, furnishings, injuries, losses, or damages caused by NL CREATIVE GROUP Event Rentals employees, equipment, event attendees, or non-employees. Clients must indemnify NL CREATIVE GROUP Event Rentals for related claims, actions, damages, and liabilities, including legal fees.

Changes to Order: After initial booking and payment, rentals are reserved. Items can only be added after booking confirmation, under the same terms.

Privacy Disclosure: Customer information is not sold, shared, or rented differently from what's disclosed in the privacy statement.
